Ground floor flat (accessed by 6 steps on the street side) in a house facing the ocean, with a large private terrace facing south-west and giving direct access to the beach. It has a kitchen opening onto the lounge/living room with two large bay windows giving access to the large sea-view terrace, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Comprising 2 bedrooms (1: 1 bed 140 x 190, 2: 2 beds 90 x 190), it can accommodate 4 people. Additional equipment: cot, Wifi, garden furniture. Electric heating and electricity included. Not included: bed linen, towels and tourist tax. Ideally located, this rental is also close to shops (500 m), restaurants and the port of La Turballe, sailing school 2 steps. Guérande 7km, La Baule 14km. You can park your car in the enclosed grounds or in front of the property.
