Description

Stay in Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie in this pleasant flat with uninterrupted ocean views. It's right next to the seafront promenade, with its restaurants, cafés and shops, as well as the dune belt and its signposted footpaths. Surfing, sand yachting or a children's beach club, everything you need for a holiday with friends or family... This lovely, bright flat, located on the first floor of a building with its feet in the water, comprises a living room with a fitted kitchen opening onto the lounge/living room with TV, a shower room with washing machine, a cabin (-9m²) with 2 single beds (90cm) close together. The alcove in the entrance hall has two bunk beds for families. A balcony with garden furniture lets you enjoy the sea view and sunny days. A private parking space is available exclusively to tenants. Bed linen and bath towels are not provided but can be hired. Pets accepted under certain conditions/on request. Ref Entre Mer et Dune
