Situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, this charming house is Joséphine's twin sister. It is 150 m from Boisvinet beach and less than 10 minutes from the centre of Croix de Vie. Completely renovated, it opens onto a 30 m² south-facing wooden terrace and garden. The palm tree provides pleasant shade at certain times of the day. The living area comprises a small lounge and a well-equipped kitchen area. The shower room, accessible from the only bedroom, includes a shower, washbasin and WC. The bedroom has a large double bed (160cm). The house has a relaxing ambience and a car parking space is available within the property.
