YOUR STAY IN COMPLETE TRANQUILLITY Make the most of your stay to relax, recharge your batteries, breathe, work out or do nothing at all! This large, 145 m², one-storey, 3-star-rated family home has been completely renovated and features a private, secure swimming pool (7x4m) heated from 1 May to 30 September, with a fence and mobile shelter. The house can accommodate 12 guests for great moments with family or friends, with a terrace of around 40 m² and a garden in front and behind the house. The villa has 6 bedrooms on 2 levels, a large main room with a sitting room with a wood burner that works in winter, a dining room and a fitted open-plan kitchen. A bedroom for 2 people with a shower room and separate toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs, with a secure staircase for small children (barrier at the top and bottom of the staircase), you can enjoy 5 bedrooms with a shower room and WC. The rental price includes sheets, duvets, duvet covers, pillowcases, pillowcases and pillows for each bed, as well as bath mats and tea towels for the kitchen. Beds are made up on arrival. Please bring your own towels and swimming pool towels. - A closed garage is at your disposal to store your motorbike and other equipment. We can lend you bicycles free of charge at your own risk. - For the winter, we provide wood free of charge for the fireplace. - We can provide one or 2 cots for babies/young children free of charge, and a high chair on request. - Please bring a deposit cheque for 600 euros which will NOT be cashed on arrival. - Pets are not accepted. - holiday vouchers accepted. OPTIONS : - Bring your own towels and pool towels. - RENTAL of towels for 8 euros per person. - Housework for 150 euros per stay if you wish. Otherwise you can do it yourself. We will be happy to listen to your needs if you are missing an item or if there is a problem. The property is completely private, in a green setting with trees, surrounded by a fence and a hedge. We will welcome you when you arrive at our house and we are available if you need us during your stay as we live nearby.
