La VIGNE BUISSONNIERE is located in Wettolsheim, a charming wine-growing village in the Haut-Rhône region with a population of 1,800. The key words in our village, which lies to the south-west of Colmar, which proudly bears the title of "Cradle of Alsace Wines", are TRANQUILITY and NEARBY. It only takes 15 minutes to park in Colmar town centre, with its historic old town and wide range of leisure and sporting activities. Eguisheim, our neighbour, which was France's favourite village in 2003, can be reached in 20 minutes on a lovely walk through the vineyards. As you travel along the 170km of the Wine Route, you'll have plenty of time to discover Alsace's countless architectural, cultural and gastronomic gems. COTE TERROIR is a comfortable, spacious loft gîte for 2 (to 4) people. Situated in a quiet location at the rear of our family wine estate, it is on the first floor of a farm building. From its private terrace overlooking the slopes and the 3 Châteaux of Eguisheim, you can watch the storks coming and going from the nearby nest. You'll also appreciate the proximity of all amenities (bakery 5 minutes' walk away, butcher's and delicatessen, as well as 2 restaurants in the village itself, first supermarket 2 km away, etc.). The gîte comprises Fully-equipped modern kitchen, opening onto a large living room with double sofa bed (rapido system) and flat-screen TV, Bedroom with comfortable Queen-size bed 160x200, two bedside tables with reading lamps and large dressing room Large bathroom with walk-in shower, heated towel rail, washing machine and hairdryer; separate WC. The living room opens onto a lovely 20m² private terrace (garden furniture, parasol and BBQ) with uninterrupted views over the vineyards, the 3 Eguisheim châteaux and the nearby stork's nest. Private parking space next to the gîte, within the grounds of the estate. Free Wi-Fi, kitchen and bed linen provided, beds made on arrival. Baby equipment (high chair, cot with real mattress, changing mat and potty) provided free of charge. An evening tasting of the estate's wines will be offered during your stay.
