Ideally located on the island of Noirmoutier, this holiday rental with heated swimming pool is just 500m from the town of l'Épine and 800m from the beach. In a quiet area with a children's playground and skatepark, and a little further away from the municipal tennis court and synthetic playground. The outbuilding comprises a living room/kitchen, a lounge/bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm), a bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm) (bed linen provided) and a shower room with toilet. Outside, there is a garden with a heated swimming pool from June to September (weather permitting) and a covered terrace with garden furniture. You can get around by bike (hire available in the village) on the cycle paths that serve the whole island, or on the Gratibus (July/August).
