On the ground floor, a fully-equipped kitchen opens onto the lounge and dining room, providing a convivial space. The living room opens onto a private terrace with barbecue, perfect for enjoying meals outside. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed (140cm) and a washbasin and shower area, the other with a double bed (160cm). The second floor has a sleeping area with four 90cm single beds, ideal for children or groups of friends (with the option of one or two double beds).
