Welcome to this charming new 80 m² house, ideally located between the Gulf of Morbihan and the Atlantic, in Sarzeau, Southern Brittany. This holiday rental, designed to accommodate up to 10 people, is perfect for a stay with family or friends. The fully enclosed garden offers peace and security for children, while the 40 m² terrace with barbecue and deckchairs invites you to relax in the open air. On the ground floor you will find: A large, bright living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, A master bedroom (160 cm bed) with en-suite shower room, Separate WC. First floor: -One bedroom with a 160cm double bed, - One bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a single bed, - One bedroom with 3 single beds, - A separate bathroom with washbasin and shower. - Separate WC Bed linen and towels are provided - nothing to bring! When you leave, we will ask you to undo the beds and put the linen in the utility room. The compulsory end-of-stay cleaning supplement is €80 for a rental of up to 6 people and €100 for 7 to 10 people (to be paid on arrival). Situated on the Rhuys peninsula in Morbihan, Sarzeau and the village of Saint-Colombier offer an ideal setting for a holiday in Southern Brittany. The house is just 6 km from the beach at Suscinio and a short cycle ride from Sarzeau via the cycle paths. You're close to the shops, the weekly market on Thursdays, water sports, coastal paths and the magnificent scenery of the peninsula. Take advantage of the fine sandy beaches for swimming, paddle boarding or kayaking, and go hiking on the GR34 or cycling to discover the Golfe du Morbihan and its typical villages. Golf, horse-riding and water sports complete the range of activities on offer for a relaxing family holiday.
