Gîte "Le Loft" sleeps 9, a recently built house on 2 levels, in the countryside, spacious and well-equipped with a large garden and private swimming pool, ideal for relaxing and enjoying time with family or friends, for a weekend or a week, with a beautiful view over the valley and surrounding forest. The house has 2 terraces, a spacious covered awning with a table and benches for 9 people and a charcoal barbecue. - As part of the rental price, beds are made on arrival. - Towels can be hired as an optional extra (8 euros per person). Don't forget your pool towels. You can choose to pay for cleaning. The rental price does NOT include the recharging of your electric vehicle. The rental price includes sheets, duvets, duvet covers, pillowcases, pillowcases and pillows for each bed, as well as bath mats and tea towels for the kitchen. Beds are made up on arrival. - We accept your pet (small dog) for 60 euros/stay/pet. - We can provide one or 2 cots for babies/young children free of charge, as well as a high chair on request. - Any excess electricity consumption due to heating will be invoiced on the basis of the meter reading, so please take care during your stay. - Please bring a deposit cheque for 600 euros which will NOT be cashed on arrival. - The tourist tax is 1.30 euros/over 18 years/day. Description : On the ground floor, a large living room of 50 m² with a sitting area with sofas and armchairs, a family table surrounded by chairs, close to the open-plan fitted kitchen. You can also enjoy the stove, which is lit when you arrive in the colder months, and a table football table. A few board games are also available. A spacious bedroom with a bay window overlooking the garden and an independent bathroom with a walk-in shower and private WC. On the 1st floor, a mezzanine - bedroom with the option of sleeping in 2 double beds and a single bed, and a second bedroom for 2 adults and a child, with a bathroom and WC area. In the enclosed garden of approx. 1000 m², children can play on the swing. A large secure private swimming pool (7 x 5 m), heated and covered with a dome that can be fully opened, is available from 1 May to 30 September. We will welcome you on arrival and you will be able to enjoy this relaxing Charentais countryside setting.
