In the living area, you can relax in a lounge equipped with a TV and a large table with eight chairs, perfect for sharing meals together. The open-plan kitchen is equipped for easy cooking. It has a two-burner induction hob, electric oven, microwave and fridge. A kettle and coffee maker are also available for hot drinks. The flat has two spacious bedrooms: 🛏️ The first bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a bunk bed (90 x 190 cm). Storage shelves and a coat rack with hangers are also available to organise your belongings. 🛏️ The second bedroom has three double beds (140 x 190 cm), perfect for the whole family or a group of friends. The flat also has a bathroom with a shower cubicle, washbasin and vanity unit. There is also a toilet, bath mat and clothes line for your convenience. To make the most of the fresh air, you have access to a large balcony. 🌟 Additional equipment for a pleasant stay 🌟 For even more comfort, a washing machine and tumble dryer are available in common with the other flats. Linen is provided: sheets, towels, tea towels, pillows and blankets are included for a carefree stay.
