You'll enjoy the peace and quiet of the grounds, set in wooded parkland with views of the Pyrenees and the Canigou massif. You can also walk or cycle along the greenway and the many paths and tracks in the area. Located on the first floor, this bright, comfortable flat is perfect for a couple's getaway. Its functional layout and enchanting setting make it a real haven of peace. The living area has a fully-equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your meals with ease: a mini-oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. The lounge/dining area is ideal for relaxing after a day's exploring. A modern bathroom with shower, washbasin and separate toilet completes the space. The bedroom has a large, comfortable double bed, ensuring peaceful nights in pleasant surroundings. Outside, a private terrace allows you to enjoy breathtaking mountain views. Perfect for enjoying a coffee at sunrise or dining al fresco in an exceptional natural setting. A communal swimming pool is available and shared with the owners and other guests, ideal for cooling off and relaxing.
