The reception and handover of the keys will take place directly on site between 4 p.m. at the earliest and 8 p.m. unless special arrangements have been made in advance. You will be greeted by Cécile, who runs the "Madame est servie" concierge service and who will be your point of contact for handing over the keys and checking out. Departure formalities will take place between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. at the latest, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
