Les propriétaires habitent dans un appartement situé au dessus du gîte et sont disponibles au moment de votre arrivée pour vous accueillir et vous faire découvrir le logement et son environnement. L'arrivée s'effectue en général à partir de 16h00 et le départ avant 10h00. Mais en fonction des disponibilités avant et après le séjour, il est possible de modifier ces horaires en accord avec le propriétaire. Un appel du locataire dans la semaine précédent le séjour permettra à chacun de s'organiser au mieux.
