Il dispose d'une pièce de vie chaleureuse, comprenant un salon avec télévision, un coin salle à manger et une kitchenette fonctionnelle. Un poêle apporte une ambiance cosy pour vos soirées. À l'étage, vous trouverez une chambre double confortable et une salle d'eau avec WC. À l'extérieur, un jardin et une terrasse aménagée. Ce gîte calme et accueillant est idéal pour un séjour reposant en duo. La location est mitoyenne avec le propriétaire et la réservation est possible à partir de deux nuitées, avec une préférence pour les séjours à la semaine en juillet et août. 3km de la mer et de terrains de tennis, 2km pour l'équitation, 1km pour les commerces, 25km de la gare de Lamballe (ville la plus proche) AU PLAISIR DE VOUS ACCUEILLIR !
