Completely renovated with care, this charming, bright and spacious house comfortably sleeps up to 12 people on three levels, making it ideal for holidays with family or friends on the Vendée coast. Ground floor: - Large entrance leading to an independent studio for 4 people, with private terrace and separate access (also connected internally to the villa). - Cosy living room with sofa bed for 2 people, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, bedroom with 160 cm bed and storage space, shower room, separate WC, washing machine and outdoor storage area for bikes or surfing equipment. 1st floor: - Spacious living area comprising a lounge, a convivial living room for up to 12 guests and a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen. - Direct access to an unoverlooked terrace with garden table, 2 deckchairs and a gas barbecue. - Separate WC. 2nd floor - 3 bedrooms: - Two bedrooms with 160 cm beds and storage space, one of which has an office area ideal for teleworking. - A children's bedroom with 4 single beds (bunk beds). - Modern shower room with double washbasin and separate WC. Outside: - Terrace equipped with garden furniture, gas barbecue and 2 deckchairs for your relaxing moments. Parking: - Private garage on the ground floor for one vehicle, with shower area ideal for returning from the beach. - Possibility of parking a second vehicle (city car type) in front of the garage, subject to not encroaching on the public highway.

On arrival, you will be greeted in person by our concierge service. After making contact a few days before your stay, we will arrange a meeting to hand over the keys, show you around and carry out an inventory of fixtures.
