Nestling in the heart of an estate full of character, this 120 m² semi-detached house welcomes you for an unforgettable stay, between heritage, peace and unspoilt nature. As soon as you enter, you'll be seduced by the warm atmosphere of the spacious, stylish main living area, with its fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, etc.). The convivial dining room and cosy lounge invite you to relax after a day of exploring. At night, three comfortable bedrooms await you: - A master bedroom with a 160×200cm bed - A second bedroom with two 90×190cm beds - A third bedroom with a 140×190 bed The shower room is functional and has an electric heated towel rail. The WC is separate. For your convenience, a washing machine is also available. Bed linen and towels are provided. Free Wi-Fi access is available throughout the property. Your four-legged friends are welcome. A typical, peaceful outdoor setting Outside, enjoy a private terrace with garden furniture and your own barbecue. A communal garden lets you enjoy the peace and quiet. A separate entrance guarantees your peace and quiet. From the gîte, the unobstructed view over the surrounding marshes offers a spectacle that changes with the hours and the seasons - a veritable tableau vivant where the light plays with nature. The site is 10 minutes from Sainte-Mère-Eglise and 20 minutes from the D-Day landing beaches. The Gîte de la Cour d'Etienville is located in the heart of the Cotentin region, making it easy to explore the area. Situated in the heart of an area rich in heritage and nature, the gîte is an ideal base from which to explore the Manche and the surrounding area. Less than an hour away, you can explore the D-Day landing beaches, Mont-Saint-Michel, abbeys, villages full of character and hiking trails through hedged farmland, valleys and coastline. Fans of local gastronomy will also find plenty to tantalise their taste buds at the local markets and farms.

Nature and walks The Cotentin and Bessin marshes (Étienville borders them) On foot, by bike or even by boat in certain seasons, the marshes offer a unique landscape, classified as a regional nature park. From Rennes (about 1 hour 45 minutes - 155 km) Take the N136 towards Saint-Malo / Saint-Brieuc / Laval / Caen. Join the A84 towards Avranches / Caen. Continue on the A84 for approximately 100 km. Exit at Carentan / Saint-Lô (exit 40). Follow the D971 towards Carentan-les-Marais, then the D903 towards La Haye-du-Puits / Sainte-Mère-Église. At Saint-Côme-du-Mont, follow the D269 / D15 towards Étienville. In Étienville, take the route de l'Église: the destination is at 20 bis, lieu-dit La Cour. From Caen (approx. 1h10 - 95 km) Take the N13 towards Cherbourg. Exit at Carentan / Sainte-Mère-Église / Saint-Lô (exit no. 40). Continue on the D903 towards La Haye-du-Puits. At Saint-Côme-du-Mont, take the D269, then the D15 towards Étienville. Once in Étienville, follow the route de l'Église to no. 20 bis - La Cour.
