The north-facing entrance is fitted with an electric roller shutter, and the enclosed private courtyard provides ample parking space. This property also has a private storage area for your bikes, windsurfers, etc. on the ground floor. This gîte sleeps 3 people. In winter, the central heating in all rooms will provide you with constant warmth. In summer, there is air conditioning. A washing machine is available in the outside laundry room. For this accommodation, bookings are made from Sunday to Sunday (staggered stays possible). The Gîte au Jardin comprises : - A bright living room with a sofa (single bed with comfortable mattress), dining table, flat-screen TV (+ DVD player and radio) and plenty of storage space. - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric oven, microwave, 4 gas rings, fridge/freezer and everything you need to prepare your holiday meals. - A bathroom with a large walk-in shower, towel rail, washbasin and wall-hung WC. - The bedroom has a 140x190 cm double bed, wardrobe, lamps and bedside tables, and reversible air-conditioning. Bonus: a French window giving access to your private south-facing terrace. - A private, fenced garden lets you enjoy meals outside on the covered terrace. Sliding bay windows on the sides will protect you from the wind. A gate will give you access to our 4000m2 garden, classified as a LPO Refuge, where you can discover the many varieties of palm trees, Mediterranean species and collection plants... You'll be able to discover the different species that are acclimatised in our region (Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur). THE 4000m2 GARDEN: This garden is not a children's play area (there are many prickly and collector plants). Please accompany your children and keep your pets on a lead. We are at your disposal for any botanical information. Numerous cycle routes will enable you to discover the commune and take you to the beaches.
