This 100 m² house is semi-detached on one side and comprises on the ground floor: a spacious living room with lounge, dining room and fitted kitchen, opening onto the garden; 1 bedroom with shower and washbasin; 1 separate WC. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms; a bathroom; 1 separate WC and 1 office area. The gîte has its own private garden and covered terrace with outdoor furniture and plancha. LES P'TIS + Cleaning products, tea towels, hand towels and shower mats provided. Beds made on arrival, Wifi - Connected TV - Washing machine with dryer. Optional end-of-stay cleaning La Ville Marqué is located on an old farm in the Côtes-d'Armor, at the end of a small road with no other access, 5km from the coast. The hamlet comprises 5 gites, a communal house, the "Ostaleri", and the home of the owners, Joëlle & Pierre. There is a communal play area for children and outdoor games for all ages (pétanque, palet breton, skittles, scooters, etc.).
