Description
Location : Away from the roads, your holiday rental is in the residence of the same name, "l'Orée du Bois", located at 374 chemin de la Grotte des Fées (building C), with secure green spaces, a tennis court and a large private car park reserved for you (2 spaces). Access to the residence is via an electric gate (you will be given a code). There is also a room for bicycles and water sports equipment. This gite, on the 2nd floor with lift, is equipped to accommodate 2 people and has reversible air conditioning for your comfort in both summer and winter. Bookings for this accommodation are normally made from Saturday to Saturday (but staggered stays are possible). The Gîte l'Orée du Bois comprises : - A bright, spacious, air-conditioned living room: bench seating with 2 real beds (90x190 cm) that can be moved closer together, lounge, dining table, flat-screen TV (+ DVD player), reading area and tourist information. A large bay window gives access to the south-facing terrace, protected by a roller blind. - Entrance hall with intercom and large cupboard/wardrobe. - A fully-equipped kitchen separate from the living room: dishwasher, oven, 2 induction hobs, fridge-freezer, microwave, electric coffee maker, toaster, crockery and kitchen utensils, etc. - A shower room with shower, washbasin, electric towel rail and washing machine - Separate WC - A balcony/terrace with roller blind, facing south and west, where you can enjoy your meals, an outdoor table and chairs and 2 chiliennes. - A private, secure cellar on the ground floor for your bikes, windsurfers, etc. +++Pets accepted free of charge under certain conditions. +++Household linen (sheets and towels) provided Optional end-of-stay cleaning: €100 Registration number 21830[l'échange de vos coordonnées n'est pas autorisée]05

I'm a native of Hyères, as is my husband. We know our region very well and will be happy to point you in the right direction. Welcome to Hyères, the town with 5 remarkable gardens and 7,000 palm trees. 4-flower label. As for the beaches, we have all sorts, over 20 km of coastline and 3 golden islands: Porquerolles, Port-Cros and Le Levant. +++We place great importance on direct contact with our holidaymakers, from information, booking and reception to departure. We don't use key boxes! +++ Our 3 gites have recently been awarded the "3 clés Vacances" label. You'll find comments from our tourists on Google Maps, and on our website you'll see the ratings given on the Gites.fr website, which we're leaving in 2026 as direct contact will no longer exist. +++In each gite you'll find all the tourist information you need, and when you hand over the keys I'll give you a few tips and nuggets to discover. +++You can always contact me during your stay if you have any practical questions. During your stay at AU GITE AU JARDIN, we will tell you all about the garden from its creation in the 1990s from a potato field and its evolution to the present day. We have just affixed more than 250 labels and there are still more to do... We'll be there if you'd like to find out more and to advise you on the plants best suited to your region. The garden is classified as an LPO (bird protection league) refuge. We ask you to keep your pet on a lead (we have a cat) and to respect the planting (no ball games with your child).
