It is on the 3rd floor with lift, in a small, quiet, secure residence of 8 flats, with private parking reserved for you. Access to the residence is via an electric gate (you will have a beeper). This east/west-facing gite is equipped to accommodate 2 to 3 people, with a sunny terrace. It is heated or cooled by reversible air conditioning. An ideal base for exploring the town without a car, with all the small shops on site, in a Provencal village atmosphere, with a supermarket just 300 metres away. Numerous cycle routes will enable you to discover the town and take you to the beaches. Don't forget to bring your bikes! There's room for them in the "bike room" on the ground floor of the residence, to which you'll have the key. If you're coming by train or plane, the bus routes, which stop 50 metres from the property, will take you directly to the beaches of the peninsula, the landing stages for the Islands, the Port, l'Almanarre, Toulon par la Côte and the town centre (departure point for other destinations). Linen is provided. Your small pet, if well-behaved, will be welcome in this accommodation, subject to conditions. The accommodation is available all year round, from Saturday to Saturday (OR staggered stays possible, please contact us). Kitchen and living room:A bay window gives access to the terrace, where you can enjoy your meals in the morning sun (facing east). The washing machine is located in a cupboard on the balcony/terrace. Cleaning products are provided. In the shower room: large shower cubicle, washbasin, bidet. For your convenience, you will find a hairdryer in the cupboard, as well as all bathroom linen, which is provided at no extra charge. For your convenience, the WC is separate from the shower room. In bedroom 1, air-conditioned: 1 double bed (140x190), large dressing area, bedside tables, chair. West-facing window. In bedroom 2, air-conditioned: 1 single bed (90x200), 1 desk, bedside table, chair and storage space, with a French window opening onto a small loggia enclosed by aluminium bay windows.
