Welcome to this charming stone house in the hilltop hamlet of Siran, with uninterrupted views over the vineyards. Ideal for 4 people, the house offers all the comforts you need for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. 🏡 DESCRIPTION: It has 2 large bedrooms upstairs, perfect for relaxing. A lounge or games room is also available, which can be used as a children's area. On the ground floor, you'll find a shower room, 1 WC, while the first floor includes an additional WC with washbasin. There is a kitchen with dishwasher, a pantry with washing machine and a large living room. Its conservatory is perfect for lunches, evenings out or just enjoying the countryside. This stone house combines the cachet of the old with the open countryside. The outdoor area overlooks the vineyards and is perfect for barbecues! Bed linen, towels and cleaning included in the price. Parking space in front of the house. We welcome our animal friends, but please note that the garden is not fenced. 📍 LOCATION: The hamlet is set on the heights of Siran, offering an unobstructed view of the vineyards and surrounding countryside, in the heart of nature. ⚠ NOTES: Only the Orange network passes correctly through the hamlet (remember to check your phones). Originally from the region (Hérault, Minervois), this house is part of our family heritage, and my family and I live a few dozen kilometres away in the Corbières plain. We love to visit the house, especially in winter, and we're keen to share our enthusiasm with nature lovers and help them enjoy the magnificent surrounding countryside! We are fluent in English and Spanish, but can also communicate in Russian. We look forward to welcoming you!
