Just 2 minutes from Blois and in the heart of the Châteaux de la Loire, our house is the perfect base for exploring the region, cycling or hiking. 🏡 Bedrooms: Upstairs, you'll find 3 tastefully decorated guest rooms, equipped with quality linen and free Wi-Fi. * For 2 or 3 people, you will be in the 18 m² "Blois" room with a television (1 bed of 140 for 2 adults and a bed of 90 for an adult). As an option, for a supplement of 15 euros, an 80 cm folding bed for a child aged 3 to 12. On request, I can add a cot for a child under 3 at no extra charge. * For 2 more people, you will be accommodated in the Talcy room with a desk in a 160 cm bed. A private shower room and WC are on the first floor. - RATES for 2 rooms all included: For 5 people: 150 euros For 4 people: 145 euros For 3 people: 140 euros With possible paying options : See the owner ☕ Breakfast included Every morning, a continental breakfast will be served in the bright living room or on the balcony depending on the weather: hot drinks, fruit juices, croissants, brioches, fresh bread, butter and homemade jams. 🍽️ Table d'hôtes (book 48 hours in advance) To extend the conviviality, Marie-Claude offers a full dinner (starter, main course, dessert, wine included) at €30 per adult. 🌳 A relaxing setting Make the most of the large, leafy garden, with the option of picnicking on individual tables provided. A communal lounge is also available for reading, relaxing or sharing a board game. 🚗 Parking & security Several parking spaces are available on the property. A shed is provided for storing bikes and motorbikes. ✨ Highlights Ideal location: 2 min from Blois, visit Beauval Zoo 30 minutes away by car and close to the Loire Châteaux (Chambord, Cheverny, Chaumont-sur-Loire...). Peace, greenery and authenticity close to sporting activities (cycle paths, leisure centre, natural swimming pool, hot-air ballooning and horse-riding...).
