Description

Superb house combining the charm of an old house with contemporary features. You're sure to love the spacious rooms, the glass roof for maximum light and the private swimming pool, heated from April to October, overlooking the Ardèche valley. This stone house is located at the entrance to our little hamlet. It has three levels, a large terrace and private parking. Superb views over the valley. Ground floor: large living room with integrated kitchen and dining area, sitting area with double corner sofa, shower room and WC. First floor: 4 bedrooms with double beds (160x200) (can be separated into 2 single beds), WC and bathroom. Second floor: large attic bedroom for children with 4 single beds (90x190). Electric heating included. Heated, secure swimming pool from April to October. Thermes de Neyrac les Bains 10 minutes away (swimming pool supplied with thermal waters), Vals les Bains (casino, swimming pool, cinema, thermal baths). Possibility of collecting chestnuts and mushrooms (October) on 30 hectares of private land. Thermes de Neyrac les Bains 10 minutes away (swimming pool supplied with thermal waters), Vals les Bains (casino, swimming pool, cinema, thermal baths). 5 minutes away is the pretty village of Jaujac with its viewpoints for discovering the Basaltic Organs and its 2 markets a week. 5 minutes away are several riverside beaches where you can enjoy a swim. 10 minutes away is the village of Thueyts with its Pont du Diable and Via Ferrata. Chestnuts and mushrooms can be collected (October) on 30 hectares of private land.
