This holiday home is ideally located in Sallertaine, a former island nestling in the heart of the Breton marshes and with the "ville et métiers d'arts" label, just a stone's throw from Challans. The gîte comprises a bright living room with fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the lounge with sofa bed 140/190, a master suite with 1 bed 160/200, TV, shower room and separate wc, a bedroom with 1 bed 140/190, small dressing room, reading area, shower room with wc, and a cellar with washing machine. Outside, there is a large terrace with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue (charcoal provided) at the front of the house, and a fully enclosed patio with a small bistro lounge at the rear. Numerous cycle paths will take you to the coast. Close to beaches: St jean de monts 18km Notre dame de monts 20km St hilaire de riez 21km The puy du fou park, voted the best in the world with a multitude of grandiose shows 109km away. The O gliss water park 75km away.
