Claudine is a local and has been welcoming holidaymakers from all over the region for almost 20 years. The little details, the art of entertaining and the taste for decoration all add up to a comfortable stay. In this Breton house, you're right by the sea, so let yourself go for the duration of your stay in Val-André. On the first floor of the house and on one level, the Mouettes terrace is a favourite with many guests. Through its large bay windows or on its 40 m2 terrace, you can take full advantage of the sea view. Each bedroom has its own balcony, adding even more light to the space. This very spacious flat by the sea is guaranteed to make you feel at home. Fitted kitchen - living room - lounge, 1 bedroom (1 x 140cm bed), 1 bedroom (2 x 90cm bunk beds, sofa bed), shower room, WC.
