Ty Vacances is a charming flat for 2 people located in the typical village of Guern, in the heart of central Morbihan. Ideal for a romantic break, a nature getaway or a relaxing break, this flat combines comfort, peace and quiet with proximity to the village's shops and services. The 45 m² flat has a cosy bedroom with double bed, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bright living room and a functional shower room. You'll also find a TV, Wi-Fi connection and all the furniture you need for a pleasant stay. For stays with children, a cot or high chair can be provided on request. Located on the ground floor, Ty Vacances has a communal garden and a private terrace with garden furniture, ideal for enjoying the peaceful, leafy surroundings. Local shops, including a bakery and mini-market, are just a short walk away. The gîte is an excellent base for exploring inland Brittany and southern Morbihan: hiking trails, fishing lakes, picturesque villages, abbeys, chapels and historic sites are all nearby. Nature lovers can enjoy walks along the river La Sarre or the GR 341 footpath, while Pontivy, Lac de Guerlédan and Guémené-sur-Scorff are less than an hour away.

Barbecue available on request. Cot and high chair available on request. 1st and 2nd category dogs, as well as NAC are not allowed. For safety reasons, and for the comfort of future guests, smoking is not permitted in the flat. A supplement of 40 euros will be applied to the booking if cleaning is not provided by the tenants. We do not provide sheets (and covers) but we do provide blankets, duvets and some towels.

There are also concerts and a local farmers' market nearby.

Located at 15 rue de l'étang in Guern, once you have passed the front door without ringing the bell, the entrance to the flat is opposite in the SAS. Parking spaces are available in the street and in front of the physiotherapy practice.
