On the edge of the Normandy countryside, Sylviane and Jean-Marc invite you to their gite Les Aubenais, 76 m² of accommodation designed to offer comfort, ecology and conviviality. Built from wood and straw on the land of their former family dairy farm, this single-storey gite (76 m²) is accessible to people with reduced mobility and has a soft architectural feel and a clear respect for the environment. Inside, you'll find a spacious, welcoming living area with a cosy lounge (TV, wood-burning stove), dining room and ultra-functional open-plan kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher....). Two bedrooms, separated by a bright patio that opens onto the terrace, sleep up to four people: one with a 160cm double bed and the other with twin beds. Each room has its own shower room, with a walk-in shower and separate or separate WC. All rooms have PRM access. Outside, a generous terrace opens onto an enclosed garden with garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs. A few steps away, a charming paddock is home to dwarf chickens and goats, a source of joy for children and adults alike. For drivers of electric vehicles, a recharging point is available on request (extra charge). Electric heating is extra (8kwh free). Bed linen is optional. Cleaning service is also optional. Baby equipment (cot and high chair) are available on request.
