Description
The Gîte "Les Iris" is located 12m from the edge of our private lake. This cottage has a sleeping area (2 x 80 x 190cm beds or 1 x 160 x 190cm bed), a dressing room, a fully-equipped kitchenette and a dining area in a rural setting. In complete harmony with the surrounding countryside, this gîte offers absolute peace and quiet. Ideal for nature lovers or fishing enthusiasts, this gîte will give you the feeling of being "alone in the world". For safety reasons, this gîte is not suitable for children. Please note that the sanitary facilities (shower room and toilet) are located outside the chalet, 15m away. A shaded terrace of 15m² will allow you to extend your moments of relaxation while enjoying a real festival of lights on the lake. Secure parking is available. Free access to communal areas: gardens, summer kitchen, plancha, petanque area, swimming pool and lake. Tourist tax + additional regional tax of €1.34/adult person/day not included. The rental price does not include the compulsory cleaning charge of €30 to be paid on site. Payments accepted: bank transfer, cash, credit card or holiday vouchers.
