The house comprises : -An entrance hall with slippers and a toilet -A fully equipped kitchen; Oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, two raclette machines, croque monsieur/waffle maker, fondue maker, crêpe party maker, filter coffee maker, dolce gusto, kettle, frying pans, saucepans, 2 steam cookers, plates, glasses, cups, bowls, cutlery, etc. -A lounge/dining room with a fireplace -Two bedrooms with double beds (140x190) and washbasins -Bathroom with double shower and toilet Upstairs you'll find : -4 bedrooms with one 120x190 bed and three 140x190 beds -A bathroom with a large shower and toilet -A large lounge/games room You will have access to a free car park to share with the owners and other tenants. Enclosed grounds of 1000m2 with petanque area and barbecue area. Our accommodation is difficult to access for wheelchair users. A deposit of 250 euros is required on arrival. Towels are not included, they have a supplement 5 euros per towel (will be included from 3 nights booked) What is included in the accommodation are sheets, tea towels and bath mats. We do not accept parties We do not accept electric car recharging, please go to Semur-en-Auxois to recharge.
