The advantages of the accommodation
Description
Very pleasant, quiet, sunny accommodation overlooking the tree-lined courtyard and garden. Facilities include - a living room, bedroom, separate WC with small dustbin, and toilet (washbasin and shower; towel dryer; hairdryer, first aid kit); - storage space for clothes with hangers; - a cot with draw sheet and undersheet (bring a sleeping bag); - A very good quality wifi connection, including in the garden; - TV with Orange services. - crockery, cooking utensils, kitchen equipment (oven dishes, food processor, etc.), raclette machine, kettle, toaster; teapot, coffee maker; - electric cooker and induction hob; - dishwasher - fridge and freezer; - a small bin for general waste and one for vegetable waste that we use for compost. - Recycling bins common to both flats, located in the room where the washing machine is, which we take care of. The tap water is spring water collected from the woods in the village, which is drinkable and very good. If you wish, we can supply you with sparkling water produced from this water. There is no need to buy bottled water. Included in the rental price - sheets, pillows and pillowcases, duvets, towels; - tea towels and sponges - soap and shower gel, washing-up liquid and ecological cleaning products; - use of the dishwasher and ecological cleaning tablets; - use of the washing machine (shared between the two dwellings) and ecological washing powder (there are no tumble dryers available, only dryers); - heating; - parking; bicycle barn; workshop; - access to electric car charging point; cable available; the amount of the charge is calculated without commercial margin. - complete cleaning (beds, household linen, crockery, floors, etc.) to ensure that the gite is in perfect condition on your arrival; - taking out the bins and compost bucket. - You have access to the garden, which is shared between the two flats, but areas are reserved for you with deckchairs, garden tables and chairs. There is no - coffee, tea or herbal teas; - breakfast or meal service; - hiking equipment or bicycles.

When you arrive in the village of Cussy en Morvan in front of the town hall, take the Rue du Maquis Socrate in the direction of Anost. Go down to the courtyard between the houses; the gite and car park are on the right-hand side.

Hello! My name is Jean-Marc and I'd be delighted to welcome you to our beautiful region. I've been coming here for years and have been living here permanently for some time now. I live on site and my house includes my accommodation and two other properties that are rented out through Clévacances and that can be combined.
