It comprises 2 rooms open all year round, for an overnight stay or for several nights. The property is fully fenced and a parking space is reserved for each room (covered shed). La Suite Phylomène : - a 39m2 private space comprising the master bedroom, alcove, kitchen and shower room - a 17m2 bedroom with 1 double bed (180cm) that can also be converted into 2 single beds if required - a relaxation area with a sofa and flat-screen TV - a work desk with Wi-Fi - several storage areas, including 1 large wardrobe - a 4m2 alcove with 1 single 90cm bed for extra sleeping space - a well-equipped 14m2 kitchen where you can prepare your lunches and meals, a dining table and a bar area - bathroom with shower - 1 separate WC La Chambre Phylaé : - a private area of 25m2 comprising the bedroom, mezzanine and shower room - a bedroom with 1 double bed (160cm) that can also be converted into 2 single beds if required - a work desk with Wi-Fi - several storage spaces - a shower room with shower and WC - a kitchenette in the bedroom, with some equipment at your disposal - a mezzanine with 1 double bed (140cm) for extra sleeping space Breakfast will be served in your host's living room, but can also be served on the terrace on sunny days.
