Description

Stay in the shade of the pine trees in this spacious villa, which can accommodate up to 13 people. The house has a large lounge/living room with an open-plan kitchen extending into a 2nd living room with a sofa bed and table football, a master suite with a 160cm bed and a separate shower room and wc, a bedroom with a 160cm bed, a bedroom with two bunk beds (140cm on the bottom and 90cm on the top), a bathroom and a separate wc. Upstairs you will find: a bedroom with a 160cm bed, a bedroom with two 90cm beds, a sleeping area (landing) with a 140cm sofa bed, a shower room and a separate toilet. Outside, take advantage of a large park planted with pine trees and two terraces, one of which is shaded. Enclosed courtyard. Private parking. Secure cycle paths are 200 m from the villa, the forest 300 m away and the beach 500 m away. A skate park and play area are 2 km away, as is a permanent funfair. The port and its seafood also await you! A nature holiday with your family or friends!
