Ideally located in a quiet cul-de-sac at the entrance to the Bois de la Chaise on the island of Noirmoutier, this holiday home is 1km from the Sableaux beach and 1.5km from the town centre and shops. The 2-storey accommodation comprises on the ground floor: a living room (fireplace not permitted) with fitted and equipped kitchen area, a bedroom with 2 single beds, separate toilet, shower/washbasin (return from beach). Upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a bathroom with bath. Outside, you will enjoy a shaded enclosed garden with terrace and covered area, garden furniture, 2 sun loungers, 2 deckchairs, grill and barbecue. Parking on the property. Pets allowed. Possibility of a cleaning charge of €110. Optional services not included, to be booked 1 month before arrival and subject to availability: Cleaning package Bed linen hire (sheets and pillowcases) Bath linen hire (towels, sheets and carpets) Wifi box hire Baby kit hire Please contact us as soon as possible.
