Description
Situated on a hillside, this former quarryman's dwelling, used to extract the tufa stone used to build our beautiful Loire and Cher châteaux, offers a beautiful view of the nearby Cher valley. Our gîte is bright and comfortable. We have renovated it while preserving its authenticity. You'll find a large living room with a fitted kitchen and sitting area (a wood-burning stove will brighten up your cool evenings), a large bedroom, a shower room with walk-in shower and wc. There is also a terrace where you can enjoy breakfast in the sunshine to the sound of birdsong. Private parking. Not overlooked. We are 200 metres from the village and its shops. Bourré is 15 minutes from Beauval zoo and Chenonceau castle, and 20 minutes from Amboise and Cheverny. You can also cycle along the Cher or walk to Montrichard.
