On the north side of the island, in the typical district of Vieil in Noirmoutier en l'île, this new holiday home is the ideal place for your holiday, thanks to its location and comfort. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, just 300m from the Mardi Gras beach, 150m from the village of Vieil and 2.5km from Noirmoutier town centre, you can do everything on foot or by bike. The U-shaped house comprises a bright, spacious living room with fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge. On the right-hand side of the house are 2 bedrooms, each with 1 x 160cm bed and en-suite shower room, one opening onto the front garden, the other onto a patio. In the left wing, there is a bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed opening onto a 2nd patio and a bedroom with 1 x 140cm bed + 2 x 90cm beds and a shared shower room. Outside, there is a garden with terrace and garden furniture. Parking on the property. Bed linen and towels extra.
