Holiday home in Martinet, ideal for a stay with family or friends, in the peace and quiet of the Vendée countryside yet close to the ocean. Located just 20 minutes from the beaches of Brem-sur-Mer and Bretignolles-sur-Mer, and 8 km from Les Achards, it is an excellent base for exploring the Vendée coast and hinterland. This holiday rental comprises a living area with lounge and fitted kitchen, a bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed, a second bedroom with 1 x 140cm bed, a shower room and a separate toilet accessible from the shower room. There is a pleasant outside terrace for al fresco dining and a barbecue for summer evenings. The accommodation offers all the comforts you need for a relaxing holiday. For your convenience, bed linen and towels can be provided as an optional extra, and a cot is available. A perfect place to alternate between the beach, nature and tranquillity, in the heart of a pleasant and authentic environment. Nearby, discover the Lac du Jaunay for walks, swimming, water sports and cycle paths, and the Ouches lake for family relaxation. A bread dispenser is located in the village.
