By train: The most convenient station is Guingamp, served by TER and TGV trains. From Guingamp, the BreizhGo TER service takes you to Paimpol in around 47 minutes. By plane: the main airports to consider are Brest Bretagne Airport and Rennes Bretagne Airport.
