L'Alouette Holiday Cottage

In the heart of the Pyrenees, in Bagiry in Haute-Garonne, the L’Alouette holiday cottage is a spacious and comfortable house, ideal for a stay as a couple, with family or with friends for up to 7 people. The house is laid out over two floors. On the ground floor: - large living room with Wi-Fi, 2 sofas, an armchair, a television and a wood-pellet stove; wood pellets provided; a reading corner with books, comics, board games, guidebooks and maps to help you explore the region; - a fully equipped kitchen for 7 people: fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, kettle and toaster; some basic supplies are provided: coffee filters, salt, pepper, oil, cleaning products and tea towels; - utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and laundry essentials; - 1 bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed and storage space; - 1 bathroom with shower, washbasin, heated towel rail and toilet. Upstairs: - 1 bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed, storage space and an adjoining area with a washbasin and toilet; - 1 bedroom with 1 bed (140 x 200 cm) and 1 bed (90 x 190 cm); - 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin and heated towel rail; - 1 separate toilet. A safety gate is fitted at the top of the stairs. The windows are double-glazed and fitted with electric shutters. Outside: - fully enclosed courtyard with an electric gate; - terrace under a pergola with a table, 8 chairs and 2 sun loungers; - barbecue; For families, a travel cot and a high chair are available. Access to the accommodation Whether you’re travelling as a couple or with your family, the holiday home can be adapted to suit your stay: - For a booking for 2 people, only the ground floor is accessible: living room, kitchen, utility room, bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed, bathroom and toilet. - If 2 people wish to use 2 bedrooms, the booking must be made for 3 people to allow access to the whole house. - For 3 or more people, both the ground floor and the first floor are accessible. Linen on request: sheets: €10 per bed for the stay; bathroom towels: €3 per person, including 1 large towel and 1 washcloth. Cleaning The accommodation must be left clean on departure. A cleaning service is available for €70, upon request before arrival. Minimum stay During school holidays, bookings are accepted for a minimum of 4 nights. At long weekends, the minimum stay is 3 nights. The L’Alouette holiday cottage in Bagiry is a great base from which to enjoy the Pyrenees all year round: skiing at the Mourtis resort, a stay in Bagnères-de-Luchon, hiking, fishing, cycling and exploring the Haute-Garonne, the Barousse, Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges and the Val d’Aran.
