Sleeping up to 9 people, the house offers lovely spaces to get together and share good times. On the ground floor, you’ll find a bright living area with a lounge and fitted kitchen, a bedroom with a 140-cm bed, a shower room, a separate toilet and a utility room. Upstairs, a second lounge with a television is the perfect place to relax together. Three further bedrooms, a second shower room and a separate toilet complete the sleeping area. Outside, make the most of the enclosed garden and terrace for al fresco dining, a barbecue or simply to unwind after a lovely day’s holiday. Garden furniture and sun loungers are provided. The house also features a large garage and private parking. Here, nature is just a stone’s throw away. You can explore the pine forest, follow the many walking trails and enjoy lovely walks or bike rides in peaceful surroundings, amongst the pine trees and the landscapes of the Vendée coast. The beach, situated about 850 metres away, is perfect for swimming, strolling with your feet in the sand and watching the sun set. And for day-to-day needs, there’s no need to take the car: the shops and town centre are within walking distance. An ideal home for slowing down, getting some fresh air, enjoying nature and sharing wonderful moments with family or friends in Notre-Dame-de-Monts.
