A quiet, friendly welcome by myself, by a roaring log fire in winter or on the terrace in summer. I take the time to present and explain how the chalet works, to listen to the wishes and interests of my guests so that I can guide them in the best possible way and give them the right tips for activities or centres of interest that suit them, often off the beaten track (those that you can't find at the tourist office). Everything is known and tested by myself, being a native of the area.
