Ground floor: living room with kitchen area (microwave, dishwasher, freezer), lounge (TV, DVD), utility room (washing machine, dryer), separate WC. 1st floor: living room with a picture window overlooking the surrounding countryside, a bedroom with 1 double bed. Bathroom 2nd floor: bedroom n° 2 with 1 double bed, bedroom n ° 3 with 2 single beds. Terrace with garden furniture, barbecue. Private parking. For fishermen the Ramade pond (with an area of 80 ha) is 15 minutes away on foot. Peaceful surroundings and green surroundings away from a hamlet. Wifi access in the gîte.
