Description
In the heart of the Vosges mountains, in a bucolic, pleasant and green setting, the "Gîte de la Cascade" welcomes you to this small Alsatian village called STORCKENSOHN, the village of storks. As you stroll along the well-marked footpaths and forest tracks, on foot, by bike or even with a donkey, you'll be delighted by the varied and unusual scenery. In fine weather, your eyes will turn to the sky to admire thrill-seekers deploying their paragliders from the peaks of Markstein. In winter, the nearby ski resorts offer snowshoeing, skiing, tobogganing and snowball fights... The chalet is equipped with : a bedroom with a double bed (140/190), a bathroom with a shower, a washbasin and a washing machine, separate WC, a fully-equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave), a dining area opening onto the living room, a living room with a sofa bed. You can warm up by the wood fire in the fireplace. Outside, you can spend a pleasant moment on the well-exposed terrace. There are garden furniture and sun loungers, as well as a Finnish bath.
