The gîte is located on a former dairy farm and is listed as a "Fishing Accommodation". Detached single-storey house: sleeps 4, 2 bedrooms, 1 double bed (160cm), 2 single beds (90cm), baby equipment (bed linen and towels provided), kitchen-living room-lounge, shower room in each bedroom, separate WC, pellet stove, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, freezer, microwave, TV, WIFI, garden furniture, barbecue, unenclosed garden, private parking. Hiking trails, fishing on site.

This character gîte (a former weaver's house) will win you over with the charm of a traditional restoration that respects the environment (hemp lime rendering, pellet stove, solar water heater). Louis and Marie-Christine wanted to preserve this heritage, guaranteeing the authenticity of Brittany. They made a point of preserving the existing features (stone walls, old beams, fireplace) while favouring natural, healthy and sustainable insulation. Ideally situated on the banks of the River Penzé, this gîte offers fishing enthusiasts an exceptional setting. Walkers can explore the countryside, with several signposted footpaths starting from the gîte. Marie-Christine will be delighted to welcome you and give you all the information you need about visits, leisure activities and tourist attractions in the area.
