Located in the Terrière district, this house is 1.4 km from the beach and 2800 m from the centre of La Tranche sur Mer. Comprising a living/dining room, an open-plan kitchen, a first bedroom with a double bed (160cm) and a second bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm), a shower room and separate WC. There is also a cellar with a washing machine and a terrace with a 400 m² garden, garden furniture, sun loungers, awning and barbecue. Pets are not allowed. A parking space is available on the property. Cleaning at the end of your stay is your responsibility. Optional extra: hire of sheets, towels and baby equipment. 4G box from 40 euros per week. Ref.
