Very close to the city center, you will be seduced by the calm and the "natural" atmosphere of the district. The house also has a garage for your vehicle. Facing South/North, it has 3 terraces, a "cosy" fully enclosed, shaded and flowered garden, in which your children or pets will be in total safety. You may have the chance to taste delicious cherries in May, figs in August, or Chasselas grapes in September... It is composed as follows: On the 1st level: fitted kitchen adjoining the living room with dining area, a bedroom with 2 single beds, shower room with WC, and a separate WC. 2nd level: lounge area, two bedrooms, one with a 140 cm bed, the other with a 120 cm bed, shower room with WC. Its equipment is as follows: Two televisions, DVD player, mobile phone, free INTERNET access, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, garden furniture, barbecue (according to regulations), swings, air conditioner upstairs. Sheets and towels provided. Weekly rental (4 days minimum in low season).
