Charming, tastefully restored late 19th century villa (150 sq.m.) near pine woods and sand dunes 1km from Cayeux and its beach. Fenced wooded garden (600 sq.m.). Lovely large terrace adjoins this light & airy villa, perfect for relaxing holiday. Outstanding location near hiking trails, 500m from cycle track. Entrance hall, large living room/lounge (TV, DVD, hi-fi) with open-plan fitted kitchen (dishwasher, microwave). 1st floor: bedroom (king-size bed), study, shower room/WC. 2nd floor: 3 bedrooms (double bed) (double bed) (85cm bunk beds only for children). Garden level: WC, storeroom (washing machine, tumble drier).|3 bikes available. Tourist tax included in rent. Fixed rate for mandatory cleaning 90€. Weekly rates: July/August 820€, May/June/September 645€, school holidays 660€, school term time 595€.
