The accommodation includes: an equipped kitchen with dining area, a living room (flat screen TV, DVD player). A room with 1 bed 140, a room with 2 beds 90 (3rd bed possible on request). A bathroom with toilet. A covered playground under the barn with (table tennis, billiards, table football...). A terrace facing the large swimming pool (12x6m - with alarm to nf standards) common to the guests, flowered garden. Barbecue. Trampoline, badminton, volleyball, children’s games, petanque. Several accommodations on site (a cottage 2p, a cottage 4p, a cottage 6p, a bed and breakfast and a trailer all comfort for 2p or 4p). WIFI connection to the outside of the accommodation. Sheets, finishing cleaning, linen and toilet included. Leisure activities nearby: swimming: 7 km, horse riding: 4 km, fishing: 300 m (La Séoune), tennis, multi-sport court and shops: 800 m. Many Hiking tours in Quercy Pays de Serres from the property. Other gîtes and an unusual Roulotte are for rent in the same property. Hello, If you're looking for a peaceful, family-run gîte in the countryside, ....., Gîte Tom, part of Gîtes Grand Pré, is the place for you. This 80 m² gîte has 2 spacious bedrooms (1 with 1 double bed, the other with a choice of 2 or 3 single beds), with access to a lovely terrace facing the large Gîtes Grand Pré swimming pool set in the middle of the fields. There's also a volleyball and badminton court, a trampoline, a barn with table tennis, table football and billiards, and a large playing field. In short, if you want to discover our little corner of the South-West, its bastides, its châteaux, its most beautiful villages in France (of which there are 6 nearby), its river activities, its delicacies, its local markets ..... don't hesitate any longer. We look forward to welcoming you to Roquecor (82150), between Toulouse and Bordeaux, 35 minutes north of Agen and 50 minutes from Cahors or Montauban. We look forward to seeing you soon.
