Large renovated farmhouse with flowers in the Creuse countryside (nearby farm). Quiet, in a green setting, with family, friends ... Independent holiday rental located near our farm, (children accompanied by their parents will be able to see the animals in their natural environment) the cottage has a private unheated indoor pool. Available from May 1 to September 15) Ground floor: large living room with American kitchen (dishwasher, microwave), meal, lounge (DVD). 1 Bedroom (1 bed 160 x 200 and 1 bed 90 x 200). Shower room and separate WC. Laundry room (washing machine, dryer). 1st floor: 4 bedrooms (3 beds 160 x 200, 2 beds 90 x 20), 1 bed 125 on the mezzanine - bathroom and separate WC. 8 beds -possibility to put 1 extra bed of 2 places (supplement of 20 €) Central heating (fuel). WIRELESS Most : Large enclosed courtyard, not overlooked. Deckchairs, barbecue, children's swing, pétanque court. Baby equipment (tub-potty-high chair - 2 folding beds) 4 km from the village with all its shops. Prices : Cleaning fee: 80 euros (subject to the general condition of the gîte) and 120 euros if animals Sheets and duvets included in the price Towels: € 8 per person / stay Deposit: 1000 € + 100 € / animal Monthly rental possible (see the owners for the price) - per night low season: 800 € high season: 1400 € / week Weekend 2 nights: 500 € Weekend 3 nights: 650 € Weekend 4 nights: 790 € TOURIST TAX per adult per night (under 18 free)
