APARTMENT (3/4 people) on the ground floor of a quiet private residence "La CORNICHE D'OR", 100 m from the beach "les bussoleries" (supervised in summer with a seawater pool for children), a cycle-pedestrian path which runs alongside the sea then a national forest and salt marshes. Fishing on foot or at sea. 1 km away: landing stage for Ile d'Yeu. Fishing, yachting and sailing harbours (school). Description Hallway( with 1 cupboard). A living room with fully-equipped kitchen (washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave and traditional oven with 2 hotplates), a 2-seater sofa bed, a flat-screen colour TV, a piece of furniture (crockery for 4 people), a table and chairs, a weekly planner. One bedroom with a 140cm bed (good bedding) and a chest of drawers (3 drawers). A bathroom (bath/shower). Separate WC. An enclosed terrace (with garden furniture) facing the sea and the landscaped grounds of the residence (cars do not pass in front of the flats). A private, closed garage in the basement. Bicycle storage. Umbrella bed available on request. RATES (water and electricity included): from 290€ to 460€ per week. Discount of 5% per fortnight. Possibility in low season to rent from Sunday to Sunday or other if the flat is available. Holiday vouchers accepted. I am on site for arrival and departure.
