You can rest while being near the town center and the old harbor of Noirmoutier-en-l'île (0.5 mile, less than 5 min by bicycle, approximately 10 min by foot) and near the beaches of the village Le Vieil and of the Bois de la Chaise, well-known wood on the island located on the North coast (1.2 mile, 10 min by bicycle, 30 min on foot). Holiday rental on 400 m² of private land: hallway and lounge, living room, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (1 double bed and 4 single beds), shower room with two basins, toilet and storeroom. Suitable for disabled guests. Pets allowed under certain conditions.

The house is located in a protected area: the Ile de Noirmoutier. On foot or by bike, you can wander through the narrow streets of the island to discover the salt marshes, the nature reserves, the Gois Passage, the harbours and the various villages.
